Form Submissions Disappeared on Jotform Tables

    Olá,

    Estou entrando em contato, pois as respostas de um dos formulários da empresa sumiu do Tables. haviam 24 respostas no formulario de Visto de Turista Americado e todas sumiram, mesmo colocando o formulário na busca não estou achando.

    Gostaria de uma solução o mais breve possível.

    Hi Mary,

    Sorry for writing in Portuguese; I thought you also had a team in Brazil. We can continue the conversation in English to improve our communication.

    As a consular process consulting firm, we use Jotforms to obtain a basis for completing DS160 for a nonimmigrant visa applicant and other procedures at USCIS.

    Then, yesterday, we had this problem, and one of our forms (US Nonimmigrant Visa) disappeared utterly as if it had never existed in the system; it also disappeared from the website and the IOS ell.

    I hope you can help me with this because we pay Jotforms to improve our workflow, and now I will have to ask our customers to fill in the form again, and they don't like that.

    So please answer me, positively or negatively, to know how to proceed.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry that this is happening. I can see that my colleague has already escalated this issue to our Developer's team. We will circle back to this thread once we receive an update from them.

    Hi Marcia,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. When I check the Table of the mentioned form, I didn't encounter any issues. The Table is loading successfully. This may be a temporary issue. Therefore, could you please try to access the Table again and let us know if the issue still persists?
