Não conseguir salvar

    Boa tarde, as pessoas que respondem meu formulário não estão conseguindo salvar e enviar as respostas.

    Hi Leticia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in the Portuguese language, we can forward your ticket to our Portuguese team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

    With that being said, let me assist you with your request. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found out that the form has no Submit Button added. To add the Submit button to your form please see below: 

    1. From the Form Builder Page.
    2. Click on the + Sign Menu and Add Element in the upper left of the Form Builder Page.
    3. Select Basic from the top left of the Form Elements menu.
    4. Click and drag the Submit button to your form.

    To enable Save and Continue Later

    1. In the Form Builder, select your Submit button’s gear icon to open properties.
    2. In the properties pane on the right, go to Advanced.
    3. Finally, turn on Save And Continue Later.

    You can set the save button's label in the Button Text field.
