Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
It's easy to cancel your account subscription and downgrade your account back to the starter plan. Let me walk you through it:
- On the My Forms page, hover on your Avatar at the top right corner of the page and click Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click the Change Plan button.
3. Select the Starter (Free) Plan.
4. A pop-up window will provide additional information about the downgrade. Follow the instructions to proceed with canceling your plan or switching back to the “Free” account.
After confirming the subscription cancellation, the subscription will no longer be billed on the Next Billing Date. The subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) Plan on the date of its subscription expiration.
