I need help recovering my deleted account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in Portuguese, we can forward your ticket to our Portuguese team. However, it could take longer to receive a response. The account associated with the email you're currently using does appear to be deleted. The deleted accounts stay on our server for 30 days before getting permanently erased. I went ahead and reinstated your account; you should now be able to sign back in.
