Assinei o Plano Bronze, mas foi cobrado o valor anual.

Paguei o valor anual, e chegou cobrança do valor do mês.

Now, I'll help you with your question. It seems that you were not charged for an annual fee but a monthly fee under the Bronze plan. Do you mean you want to subscribe to Bronze yearly instead of monthly? If so, let me show you how to do it:

1. In your Account Settings go to the Billing tab and click on Change Plan.

2. You'll be redirected to the Pricing page. Just click on your Current subscription and there should be an option to change the plan from Monthly to Yearly like you see below:

Como pode ser vizualizado abaixo, foi debitado em minha fatura o valor de R$200,98, a vista, no dia 05 de junho de 2023, valor referente ao plano anual.

Thanks for the screenshot. Sorry for the confusion. Our pricing is in USD (United States Dollar) amounts. When I checked the conversion of R$200,98, it was about $40.78 USD and you were charged for $39.00 USD. Here's your invoice.

When you make a payment, you will be charged in the currency of your credit card so if it is BRL, you will have a conversion made from USD to BRL. There are no additional fees as far as our payment processor is concerned.
