Form Over Quota

    O mês passou, meu uso está no gratuito, o uso está ok, mas quando acesso o formulário fala que ultrapassei a cota.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I see that the limits on your account have been reset. So I cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your forms and I am not able to access your form. Check out this screenshot below:
