    Hi Felipe,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Our Portuguese Support is currently unavailable at the moment, so I'll reply to you in English. Please do let us know if you'd like a local agent to assist you instead, but keep in mind that it could take a bit longer for them to respond.

Now, let me help you with your concern. I see that you have 86 forms on your account now. If you're considering to downgrade, you don't need to delete any forms, but you should manually disable those you won't need. Otherwise, the amount of forms exceeding your limit will be disabled automatically from the oldest to newest.

Disabling a form will preserve its data and settings while freeing up space for you to create new forms. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form you want to delete or disable, and select More.
    • Under the Form section, select one of the options depending on either you want to Delete the form and its data, or just Disable it temporarily to be able to access it later on.

So if you're considering the Silver Plan which comes with a form limit of 50, you'll need to disable at least 36 forms out of thee 86 forms under your account. That way, the rest 50 active forms will be available for use.
