Notificação ou Lembrete

Olá, boa tarde!

Gostaria de saber se existe a possibilidade de receber notificação ou lembrete via SMS ou e-mail ao realizar um agendamento utilzando o Widget "Lista Configurável", esse recebimento seria próximo do horário agendado informado no preenchimento?

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I'm afraid what you are looking for is not yet possible with Jotform. It is not possible to send a notification via SMS or email with the configurable list widget; however, you do have the option to send reminder emails before the appointment time when using the appointment field:
