Revision History not working: Lost all changes

Fiz muitas alterações hoje em um formulário, em determinado momento apareceu um aviso na tela de erro e que o formulário estava atualizando, isso automaticamente, eu não pedi. Depois desse processo, o formulário retornou desconfigurado. Tentei voltar versões através do histórico, mas o campo que continha os dados dos produtos separados por categorias, não aparecem mais. Aparece na hora de mostrar a versão anterior, quando eu clico para reverter.... não aparece o campo como os dados do produto

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that reverting the form back to its previous version will wipe out all the changes you already made after the particular version. Are you able to tell us what warning you get and what changes it did to your form? Can you please explain a bit more about the issue?
