me enviaram do fac o espelho da inscrição e não abre. Tem alguma solução ou configuração a fazer? -

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you getting a 404 error page when you open the attachment in the email? If so, you would need to be logged in to your Jotform account to properly view the attachment. If you're still getting any error messages after logging in your account, take a screenshot of the error message and include it in your reply. This guide will show you how to add a screenshot in your reply:
- Click the Add Image icon.
- A. Paste the Image URL.
B. Click Drop an Image or click to select to upload the image from your computer. - Click the Add button to include the image in your reply.

Hello intermezzoharmoniavocal,
Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that the screenshot that you posted didn't go through. To clarify things, did you recently fill out a form? If so, you should be able to access the PDF attachment after you submit a response. I tried testing one of my sample forms.
Or are you trying to view a submission with a file attachment? If so, you will need to log in to your Jotform account to be able to view those. I checked the email associated in creating this ticket and there are no forms showing on the account. Are you perhaps referring to another account? If so, try to access the submission with a file attachment logged in to that specific account.

- Log in to your Jotform account using a desktop or laptop computer.
- Open the link to view your copy.
If the issue happens again, you can get in touch with the owner of the form and ask them to send the PDF another way.
