Input Table: Calculate how many times a choice has been selected.

estou fazendo um formulário com checklist. e gostaria que ao final me desse valores de calculo.

• total de C
• total de NC
• total de NA
• percentual de aderência ( total de C / (total de C + NC)

Now, let me help you with your question. I have checked your form and I see that you have added an Input Table element. Inside the Options tab, I see that you have assigned calculation values for the field labeled '1. Ambiente de Trabalho'.

You can assign Calculation Values inside the Options tab for the rest of the Input Table element. Check out the screencast below to see how it's done:

I have checked that the C, NC, and NA are a total of 65 each in the form having the single choice property. I’ll need a bit of time to look further into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to count how many of each option is selected. 

As a workaround, you can convert the form to a Quiz form to display the results. To do so, you can add a few Single Choice elements to your form.

Open https://quizform.jotform.io/ and choose your form. Then select the fields that you want to include as questions and set the correct choices for them.

Now, I get the following results on my demo form:
