Sending Notification to Whatsapp after Form Submission

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

A workaround for this is to configure the Click to Chat feature of your Whatsapp, you can check out this link for more information. Once you set up this feature, you can redirect your users to your Whatsapp URL and prompt them to send you a message after they submitted their form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Click on Thank You Page on the left side of the screen.

3. Select Redirect to an external link after submission.

4. Now, enter your Whatsapp URL so that they will be redirected to this URL after they submitted their form.
