Como deixar um campo em um formulário com contador automático.

Prezados, boa tarde!

Tenho um campo em meu formulário, denominado de matrícula, na qual eu preciso atualizar de acordo com cada ficha assinada.

Gostaria de saber se tem a possibilidade de eu atribuir um contador automático para esse campo "matrícula" do formulário. Se sim, poderiam me passar o passo-a-passo por favor?

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you please share with us the form in question, so we can locate the enrollment field. After translating your message your requirement was not clear. So, can you please explain things more in detail or perhaps with the screenshot so, we can understand your requirements, and help you accordingly.

With the Unique ID widget allows an automatic a counting whenever your form gets submitted. But this widget will not work on the Jotform Sign documents. It will be available in the classic form and in the card layout only. If this is not what you were looking for then please let us know, so we can help you further.

So... I would need to add a widget within my form, in which it adds +1 to
the default number, pre-established when creating the form each time it is
signed, automating the registration number of each person who filled out
the form
Example: I'm on license plate 2000, the next one to sign, the counter
should automatically lock in 2001, the next one: 2002, the next one: 2003
and so on

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use the Unique ID widget, and select the sequential numbers, and under the current index field you can start with a number such as 2000. So, every time your form gets submitted there will be a number starting from 2000 with the unique ID. To add the signature on your form you can use the Signature widget which will help you to collect the signature on your form. Let me show you how you can add, both widgets on your form:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Elements on the left.
• Select Widgets, search for the Unique ID. Drag and drop the widget on your form.
• Click on the black gear icon of the Unique ID widget, which will open the Properties on the right side of the panel.
• Select General, under the Unique ID Generation Method, select Sequential Numbers.
• Insert 2000 in the Current Index. Close the panel. That's it.

• While you are on your Form Builder, in the widgets search for the Signature widget.
• Select the Signature widget, drag and drop it on your form. That's it.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the unique ID widget will not work with the Jotform Sign. You can add the signature field on the Jotform Sign document though.
