Quando vou assinar o plano bronze, minha conta e altomaticamente suspença. Existe outra maneira de pagamento? Presiso urgente

I checked your payment attempts and saw that there were errors encountered with the card used for the subscription. I'll need a bit of time to take advice from our billing team on this. ’ll update this thread once I’ve heard back from them.

Thank you for your patience. I have received a response from our billing team. They have advised that you please use a different card to upgrade your account. The current card you are using is being flagged as fraudulent by our system, and the bank is returning the same message. To proceed with the upgrade, we suggest that you use an alternative card for payment.

Is there an alternative payment method? a bank transfer, boleto?
