Pagamento de plano.

    Estou tentando aderir ao plano bronze ($39 por mês), mas o site afirma que o cartão inserido no momento do pagamento não possui limite. Ocorre que o cartão possui limite sim. Creio que seja um erro do próprio site. Gostaria de uma resolução para que eu possa fazer parte da Jotform.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    After looking into your account, I'm not seeing any payment attempts in your billing history. Have you tried using another credit card or use another browser? Perhaps there was a short-term issue that resolved itself. Could you please give it another attempt and let us know how it goes? If the issue persists, we will be providing a payment link in order for you to upgrade your account.

    I cleared your form caches to see if that would help.

    Tentei os métodos, mas continuo sem conseguir fazer upgrade da minha conta.
