Como vincular uma tabela de custos a um form de calculo de orçamento?

Boa tarde,
pretendo ter uma tabela de custos que me possa auxiliar no calculo de orçamento de vendas para o cliente.
A ideia passa por ter um formulário cujos valores de venda são atualizados de acordo com a tabela.

Como o poderei fazer?

As for using an external table change values in a form, you use our Spreadsheet to Form widget. Values will populate in your form when column headings from your spreadsheet match your form's field labels.
