Campo com erro de visualização

    Boa Tarde

    Tenho um formulário em produção, com alguns campos com data, e a opção "Ocultar horário padrão", marcada. Porém não adianta marcar ou desmarcar, o campo sempre vem com o horário padrão preenchido.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you let us know the URL of the form? This page will show you how to get your form's URL.

    1. In Form Builder click on Publish.
    2. Click the Copy Link button.

    Can you also explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

    Como eu disse antes, não quero que apareça a hora ao entrar no formulário, preciso que apareça a informação de selecionar a hora.


    Resumindo, preciso que oculte o horário padrão e apareça o texto "Selecione a hora", conforme está parametrizado, porém não está funcionando.

    Hi GrupoPerfect,

    Thanks for getting back to us on this. Unfortunately we can't access the form because you have it set to private. For us to access the form you will need to set it to public. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder click on Publish it the orange bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Click on Settings.

    3. Select Public Form.

    Once this is done we'll be able to access the form and take a look at your issue.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Thanks for getting back to us on this. Unfortunately your form is still set to Private so we still can not access the form. You may have set a different form to public. Please follow the steps in my last reply again for this form:
