Como inativar o acesso ao link, sem perder os dados

Bom dia!

Preciso de um suporte para deixar o link inativo.

Vamos começar utilizar um outro formulário já publicado e queríamos somente deixar o link anterior inativa para não haver novos preenchimentos.

1. First, in My Forms, hover your mouse over your form.
2. Second, click on More on the right side of the screen.
3. Third, click on Disable.
