Bom dia! Tudo bem?Não consigo acessar os formularios desta tela, segue print da tela demonstrando que não estamos conseguindo acessar os formularios, está faltando o icone "resposta" para que possamos acessar os formularios desta tela por gentileza, precisamos de ajuda.veja que
Veja que nos formularios abaixo o icone "resposta" está ali para que possamos acessar normalmente os formularios abaixo:

Now let me help you with your question. You can access the submissions of the forms under the My Teams by clicking the More Option. Let me show you how to do it:
- On your My Forms Page, select your My Teams.
- Select the form where you want to see the submissions and click More.
- Under the Data Option, select Submissions.
If you are still unable to access the submissions on the forms on your Teams workspace then I suggest trying the following:
- Log out of the account and log back in.
- Try other devices like a laptop or desktop computer, or mobile device.
- Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e. Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
- Try other browsers available on your end.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
