na aba de salva e continuar mais tarde, recebemos um email para continuar mais tarde, mas no titulo do email gostaria de colocar o codigo e nao a descrição SSI, é possivel de alterar isso?

estou enviando imagens da troca que gostaria de efetuar.

It is easy to include your fields in the title of the email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top bar.
2. Select the Emails tab.
3. Click on the Notification Email.
4. Click in Form Fields to include them in your subject.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

olá, alterei conforme informado, mas sem sucesso, pois pelo o que notei o correto seria alterar na aba "Personalizar email", e nessa aba nao tem a opção que necessitamos. Estou lhe enviando uma imagem do local:

Thanks for getting back to me. I must apologize for showing you the wrong email setup. Google Translate did not do the image! You are right that the Save and Continue email dropdown does not include all the fields. This is by design as it cannot be guaranteed that the fields will have values.

I will ask the Developer Team to look at a possible feature to include the fields. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Seria essa demanda que estamos necessitando, pois assim fica mais facil de identificar/encontrar os itens que são salvos no aplicativo e recebido por email pra depois enviar o relatório.
