Encaminhamento de email automatico

    Boa Tarde!


    Estamos com problema no envio automatico do formulario https://submit.jotform.com/saes.professionalservices/saes-professional-services

    Nas condição 26, onde em caso de selecionado a opcao - em Portugues - Extensao de Visto de Turista

    Os clientes nao estao recebendo o email automatico, mesmo todas as configuracoes estejam corretas.

    Ja realizamos diferentes testes, e nem nas pastas de spam os emails estao chegando.

    Quando realizamos o teste de email, tudo funciona.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. After reviewing your form, I see that Condition 26 has English as the language. Are you referring to a different condition? Also, can you provide me with the submissions and email addresses that are not receiving the emails?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Thanks for your immediate attention on that.

    Sorry, the condition that we are having a problem with is the number 23, and not 26 (sorry for this mistake).

    Below is the condition screenshot.

    Hi Alessandra,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I am getting the Autoresponder Email as per condition 23. Check out the screenshot of my results:

    Could you please ask the affected email address to check their Spam/Junk folder in case the emails have landed there? Could you confirm if both of the conditions were met? Please try to do a test submission again ensuring both of the conditions are met and then try it again. I've also cleared your form cache to refresh the form.

    I just submitted a new form and the error persists..

    I checked all the email folders, and even in spam or electronic trash, there Is nothing there.

    Important to say that, when I run the test everything works perfectly.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
