Como colocar o CPF como campo exclusivo?/How to use CPF(Phone Element) as a unique field in the form

I understand that you want to use the CPF as a unique field in your form.

Unfortunately, the Unique Field feature does not work for the Phone Element, which is what the CPF field uses. However, there is a workaround that you can try to achieve this functionality.

You can add a Short Text Element to your form and pass the values from the CPF field to this element using the Update/Calculate Field condition. Then, you can set this Short Text Element as a Unique Field and hide it from the form.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

• Add a Short Text Element to your form and name it something like “CPF Values”.

• Go to Settings and select Conditions.
• Add a new Update/Calculate Field condition.
• Create the following condition:

• Go back to Settings and click on Form Settings.
• Select the "CPF Values" from the Unique Field.
