Billing: Refund unused subscription

    Boa noite:

    Eu fiz a renovação da assinatura em 24/06/2023, contudo, foi cobrado o valor do plano prata anual, quando eu queria, na verdade, o mensal.

    Já alterei o plano nas configurações. Gostaria apenas que o valor restante faturado fosse estornado para o meu cartão de crédito.

    Hi Cassio,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. We have successfully processed a prorated refund equivalent to the number of days and months that you will no longer use the Silver Yearly plan. The refund will be posted on your account in 7-10 business days depending on your bank's refund policy.
