tenho quatro formulários.

1. o cliente agenda a visita
2. realizo a visita técnica
3. abre a ordem de serviço
4. conclusão da orde de serviço

gostaria encontrar uma forma quando o preencher o primeiro - já preenche o inicio do segundo formulário e assim por diante ...

Regarding your question, do you want to prepopulate or automatically pass the data the form filler provided to your next form? If so, this can achieve using URL parameters to pass form data to another form automatically.

It requires the source form where the data will be coming from and the target form to which the data will be passed on. Here are example forms where we pass the Name, Email, and Phone Number fields to another form:

1. Create the Landing page using the target form’s URL since it will serve as the source form’s destination after submission. 
2. The URL would look something like the following on my example source form:

https://form.jotform.com/230523325205039?name[first]={name:first}&name[last]={name:last}&email={email}&phoneNumber={phoneNumber}

Now that we have the landing page’s URL, we can redirect the form fillers to the landing page after submission on the Thank you page. Here's how to set it up:

1. Click Settings in Form Builder.
2. Go to Thank You Page.
3. Select Redirect to an external link after submission.
4. Then, enter the landing page’s URL in the Enter URL field.
