Guest Account: Unable to login

    Bom dia, tenho cadastro ao jotform atraves da conta da empresa, ti@adomes.com.br

    Eu fiz a redefinição de senha conforme as etapas, mas ao logar, ainda aparece como login e senha incorreto.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that your account is currently a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email account. You can use the same email to create a new account, you can go to this link.
