Are the submissions data securely saved?

Criei um formulário na plataforma, e até o momento esta perfeito, tenho duas dúvidas:

As informações recebidas tem confiabilidade, ou seja só eu tenho acesso as informações?

Após preenchido o meu formulários, é possível extrair as informações via PDF,WORD, ETC..

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Yes, the submissions are secure and can only be viewed when you log in to your account. There are a couple of privacy settings in your account that you can make sure that it is checked.

It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

1. Login to your Jotform account.
2. Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
3. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
4. Now, go to the Security tab and make sure all the checkboxes are checked

You can remove the autoresponse email if you do not want the users to receive the emails along with it. To delete the Autoresponse email, it's easy, let's do it:

1. From the Orange Navigation bar, go to the Settings tab.
2. Click Emails on the left.
3. Hover your mouse over the notification or autoresponder, then hit the delete (trash bin) icon.

Moreover, you can enable Form encryption to make your form more secure. We have a guide here to encrypt your form submissions.
