    Não irei mais utilizar os serviços, assinei o plano para teste.

    Por gentileza, gostaria da devolução do valor total que paguei, obrigada!

    Hi depositosabe,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. We have canceled your subscription and issued a prorated refund for your last payment. The refunded amount should be available to you within 3-7 business days. Your account is now back on the Starter plan.

    Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

    Hi depositosabe,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your account and I can see that there is a refund for the amount of $49, which is the total for both of the amounts charged on your account. As you can see in this Invoice, there was a charge for only $10 when you upgraded to a Silver Subscription. The previous Bronze subscription was already adjusted toward the Silver Subscription.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry about the confusion. Please note, we have refunded you for the amount of $49 which is the combined amount of the two amounts, 39+10=49. Please allow up to 3 to 5 days for the transaction to be reflected in your account.

    Não entendi porque vocês descontaram dois valores do meu cartão então, no mesmo minuto que autorizei a compra paguei duas vezes pelo mesmo serviço. Não consta o recebimento duplicado pra vocês?

    Irei ficar no prejuízo? Porque ainda não recebi o reembolso do maior valor.

    Hi depositosabe,

    Thanks for reaching getting back to us. Please note, when you first bought a Bronze subscription you were charged $39. The same day you canceled the Bronze subscription and then upgraded to the Silver subscription which you were charged $10. These charges were only a few minutes apart hence they are showing the same time on your statement.

    Also when you requested a refund, we have already refunded you $49 which is the total of both amounts.

    Então vocês estão me dizendo que esse valor de R$204,29 não foi vocês quem descontaram? receberam apenas o valor menor? Eu paguei R$204,29 AO VENTO POR ACASO? Só sei que o valor foi descontado, saiu da minha conta e quero ele de volta!!!

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry for the confusion. As I mentioned in my previous reply that we have already processed the refund in the amount of $49. It will take up to 3 to 5 business days to be reflected in your account. The mentioned amount of R$204.29 is already refunded, please give it a time and it will show in your account.
