Reports: an unexpected error occurred

A função relatórios não funciona. Fiz a assinatura achando que poderia ser esse o problema, porém continua com "Um erro inesperado ocorreu".

Teria alguma previsão para normalizar o problema?

With that being said, let me assist you with your request. Upon testing your form's submissions table, I wasn't able to replicate the problem. The submissions table gets loaded regularly, as well as the report. If you're still experiencing this, can you test from a different browser, or from an incognito window and let us know if the problem persists?
