formulario enviando email sem autorizaão.

olá bom dia, eu criei um formulário simples para registro para um colaborador registrar suas visitas nos arquitetos, ai coloquei um campo para preencher o email do arquiteto, mas o jotform enviou esse formulário por email da arquiteta, gostaria de saber como eu faço para isso não acontecer, isso é pra controle interno da empresa, obrigado.
