Option to have multiple access types on the Jotform app

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, there's no option to have multiple access types on the Jotform app. Once you publish the app, all the users who access it will be able to see all the forms or elements inside it. So, an unlimited number of users can access the App that you have created using the app builder as long as the app is set in public and they have a direct link to the App.

    For an app that is set for company access, accounts will be filtered out by restricting access to only your company’s email domain.

    Also, note that only one person is able to log in to the account at a time. Our Standard Plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are single-user plans and sharing of accounts on standard plans is against our Terms of Use. If you need multiple users, you can consider upgrading to Enterprise. You can contact our Enterprise Sales Team via this form.
