Erro no limite mensal

    Meu plano é ouro, foi informado um limite mensal de 10000 envios, porém só obtive 1500 envios e está falando que o limite foi excedido. O que devo fazer?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support is currently not available so we'll respond in English. Let us know if you prefer Portuguese so we can forward this to the Portuguese Team but there might be a bit of a delay.

    I checked your account and can see that you exceeded your monthly Signed Document limit. For the Gold plan, your limit for this feature is 1,000. You can now either wait for the counter to reset which happens on the first day of each month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. Our plans and features are available here.
