    Hi rhmcglab,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, if you're referring to your Jotform subscription, you can Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Now, if you're done cancelling your account, to request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.

    Até quantos dias é necessario esperar para que analise do reembolso seja feita?

    É necessário fazer o Downgrade do plano para que o reembolso seja efetuado?

    Yes, it's necessary to process the downgrade. I have checked the account you have already processed the cancellation of your subscription plan. Keep in mind that once your paid subscription is canceled, your account will be downgraded to a Starter plan. This plan has different usage and limits.

    Regarding the timeframe, the relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into your refund request. The exact processing time can vary, but rest assured that your request will be reviewed as soon as possible. Normally, the refund will take 5-7 business days from the date it was reviewed and approved.
