    Oi criei uma conta e um formulario para uma amiga, ao desvincular minha conta , e passar pra dela, ela me passou um email errado, e agora nao conseguimos mais entrar

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your concern, I checked your form and I saw that the related account is active. You can use the email account you used in this ticket to reset the login password, and you can gain access to the account again.

    Here's how to do it:

    1. Go to the Login Page and select Forgot Password.

    2. Enter your email, then select Send Reset Instructions.

    3. Check your email for the password reset instructions.

    After resetting your password using the email, you will be able to log in and access the account and form again. Also, check out our guide explaining How to Reset Your Jotform Password.
