Hi outbackstorebc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I can see that you have one other thread that's not yet assigned to an agent. Is it the one you're referring to? If so, I am here to assist you. You can use the Paragraph element to insert HTML tags in the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, select Paragraph.
- Click on the Pen icon, and select the Source Code icon from the menu at the top.
- Enter the code into the field, and click on OK once done.
That's it. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
