Como ter opção de chat no meu formulário?

Gostaria tambem de colocar o chat, é possivel?

Although, we don't have any direct feature to have a chat option on the form, but you can add Messenger or WhatsApp button on the form and the users will be able to use Messenger or WhatsApp chat feature on the form. Let me show you how to add Messenger button on the form:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Widgets tab, enter Messenger Button in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.

3. Select the Messenger Button and click on the Wand icon.

4. Under General tab, add your URL in the Messenger URL section & click on Update button.
