Assign Second Form

What is the best way to send a mail to everyone registered asking them to fill out the second form?

You can add a link to the Thank You Page on your form to Redirect Users After Submission. This way, once someone finishes the first form, they'll be automatically directed to the second form. Let me show you how to set that up: 

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.

3. Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste the URL of the second form.

If you want to ask them to fill out the second form in a mail, then you can use Autoresponder Email. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Now, select Add Email and click on Autoresponder Email on the page that opens.

4. Paste your second form's link into the email body and click on Save.
