paarpnabPerguntado em 7 de fevereiro de 2025 às 01:49I have a first form with inscriptions information. Now I need to ask all the people that had submit the first form to confirmate a presence in the event. So I did a new form and made a flow to connect the second form to the first one. I want to send a mail asking them to aswer the second form. I used the reminder to do it, but I can designate a right time to send it. Form example. I want to send a mail at 13:15h asking them to confirm the presence. It is possible?

Hi paarpnab,
Thanks for using Jotform. Yes, sending another mail at a later date is possible with Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, select Add Email and click on Autoresponder Email on the page that opens.
4. Paste your second form's link into the email body and click on Save.
5. Then, click on the Advanced tab at the top.
6. Select the date you want in the dropdown menu under the Send Email Later section.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
