Hello paarpnab,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
You can use the Reminder Emails feature in your form to send daily, weekly, or monthly email notifications, reminding people to fill out and submit your form. This helps ensure timely form completion without the need for manual follow-ups. It's very easy to Set Up Reminder Emails in Jotform. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
- Edit the content of your Reminder Email.
- While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
- Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.
- Click the Downward Arrow icon in the Send Time section to change the time it will be sent.
- In the Start Date section, click the Calendar icon to set the starting date. You can also set an end date to stop sending reminder emails on a specific day in the End Date section, and click on Save.

Hi, thanks for the answer.
Yes, I have others questions.
Which is the difference between orange or blue bar. When I do a new form, the bar (where it says build, configuration and publish) is blue, but I got a form model where the bar is orange, and it seams that this happens when the form is vinculated with other form or widget, can you confirm this information, please? The others questions are:
- I have a first form with inscriptions information. Now I need to ask all the people that had submit the first form to confirmate a presence in the event. So I did a new form and made a flow to connect the second form to the first one. I want to send a mail asking them to aswer the second form. I used the reminder to do it, but I can designate a right time to send it. Form example. I want to send a mail at 13:15h asking them to confirm the presence. It is possible?
- What is the best way to send a mail to everyone registered asking them to fill out the second form?
Thanks so much!

Hi paarpnab,
The orange bar is the bar at the top in Form Builder, however, the blue bar is the bar at the top in the PDF Editor. When you build a form, you are in the Form Builder, so the color of the bar at the top is orange. When you edit a PDF or upload a PDF form in SmartPDF Forms, the color of the bar is blue. The bar's color changes based on which product you use.
As for your other questions, I've moved them to a new thread. You can check them below:
