Todas as empresas que estamos solicitando o envio de documentos, esta constando esse mesmo erro abaixo. Eu mesma fiz um teste com documentos estáveis e deu esse mesmo erro. Consegue me ajudar?

Now, coming back to your question. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I have cleared form caches to refresh the form. If the issue still persists, we just can replace the File Upload field that you have on your form with a new File Upload field. But, we don't suggest deleting the first File Upload field, as it will also delete the data on that field from the old submissions that you already received. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, hover your mouse over the File Upload field, and click the Gear icon.

2. Under the General tab, toggle the slider to Off for the Required option.

3. Go to the Advanced tab and toggle the slider to On for the Hide Field option.

Now, upload a new file upload field into the form. Let me show you how to add it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Field Upload element and click on it to add it to your form.

You can also specify which File Types your submitters can upload. To do that:

1. Click on the File Upload field, and then click on the Gear icon to open File Upload Properties.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Options tab.
3. In the File Types section, remove unwanted file types and add the ones you want form fillers to upload.
