With Jotform you can create an interview request form that is used to collect information from a candidate to schedule an interview. Perform a quick interview for prospective job applicants by filling out an online job interview request form. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. Then, click on Use Template.
3. Now, search for Interview.
4. Then, hover your mouse over the template and click on Eye Icon.
5. Now, in the modal that pops up click on Use Template.
