    Hi auditoriafiscalpreventiva,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, there is a way to see how much space each of the files takes. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Submission Table, click on the file that your user has uploaded.
    2. Under the name of the file, you will see how much space that file takes.

Also, I checked our system, I saw that you already reached your Upload Space limit. This refers to the total MB of files that you can store on your account. You can check our guide about Understanding your Account Usage and Limits to learn more.

To fix this, you can either upgrade your account to get more usage limit. You can check our Pricing Page to see the comparison of each of the subscription plans that we offer. Or, you can delete the submissions on your account that contain file uploads, so you can free up some Upload Space. Let me show you how:

First, Download your Submissions, and the file attachments, so you will not lose any data.

    1. On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
    2. Click the Download All button on the right side of the page.
    3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and also download the File Attachments.

Form: Reaching the upload limit Image 2 Screenshot 71 Screenshot 72 Screenshot 72 Screenshot 72Second, Delete them from the Submission Table and Purge them from the Trash Entries.

    1. On your Submissions Table, put checks in the boxes next to the submissions with file attachments.
    2. Click on Delete on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Move to Trash. Excluiu alguns envios, mas apenas libertou 26 MB Screenshot 83
    3. Next, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the tab name, and then click on Trashed Entries.
    4. Now, click on Select All, and then click on Delete Forever.
    5. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Delete. That's it.

Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms, and then you can go to your Usage Page where you can see the updated usage limit and reset date. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile/Avatar in the upper right corner of the page.
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.
    3. Then, click Usage from the left panel menu.
    4. You will see your monthly reset date in the Monthly Usage section.

Thank you for your detailed response! I just followed your steps and permanently deleted 114 submissions, but my monthly total in my Bronze plan is st Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 105Reach out again if you have any other questions.
