Now, let me help you with your question. It’s easy to send Notification Emails to more than one person. But note that you need to Upgrade your account to a paid plan to use this feature. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:
The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address and click on the Save button.
If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses. The second way is to add a new Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
- Now, under the Recipients tab, delete the existing email address, and add a new email address, then click on the Save button.
