Dúvidas sobre minha conta Bronze

    Olá!

    Minha assinatura bronze irá até o dia 16 de dezembro de 2024, certo? Até quando eu poderei utilizar minha conta sem ser faturado? Até o dia 15 de dezembro? Como devo proceder para pedir o cancelamento da minha conta? O cancelamento é instantâneo?

    Outra pergunta: caso eu queira transferir todos os formulários da minha conta para uma outra conta Jotform, como devo proceder? Neste caso, os dados dos formulários já recebidos irão migrar para esta outra conta também?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’ve reviewed your account, and your next renewal date is December 16, 2024. You can continue using the subscription until that date. If you wish to cancel at the end of the current period, you can cancel now, and the subscription will stop renewing automatically on the renewal date. Let me show you how to Cancel the Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
