Now, coming back to your question, You can use the Show Map Location widget to do this. You will need a Google API key to set the location using the Show Map Location widget. Let me show you how to add this element to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Widget tab, scroll down the list and choose the Show Map Location widget.

3. Now, just drag and drop the widget to your form.

Then you'll need to create and add the API Key to your widget. Let me show you how:

1. Click the Navigation Menu at the top-left of the Google Cloud dashboard.
2. Under the pinned items, click APIs & Services.
3. Click Credentials from the list of options.

4. At the top, click the + Create Credentials button.

5. Choose the API key from the options. You will have the API Key created at this stage.

6. Copy the API Key as highlighted in the image below.

7. Now, go back to your form in Form Builder and click on the wand icon next to your Show Map

Location Widget to open the Widget's Settings.

8. Finally, paste the API key that you copied from your Google Cloud account and paste it into the

Google Maps API Key field and then click on Update Widget.

We also have a guide about How to Get Google Maps API Key for Jotform Mapping Widgets that you can check out. You can also manually enter the latitude and longitude of your location in this widget as well but you will still need a Google Maps API key for this widget to work correctly.
