Não é possível receber e-mail do formulário

    Boa tarde! Estou utilizando dos formulários para preenchimento porém não estou recebendo eles aqui na plataforma quando é feito o envio por parte das pessoas que preenchem.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form? If so, I checked your email address and can confirm that it has not been added to the Bounce List. Also, Upon checking your form, I can see that there's no notification email created in your form. Take a look at the screenshot below:
