Hi Rui,
When I checked your account, I saw that it was suspended due to your form titled Formulário Recrutamento Bedriven offering a fake service. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we'll need you to send the following information to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #21344343 as the subject:
- The URL where the form is used.
- A link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
- Any supporting documentation that can validate your claims.
- A valid government-issued ID card, such as a driver's license or passport, along with a clear, forward-facing selfie for verification.
Sending the email from your business email address, if you’re affiliated with a legitimate institution, would fasten the process. We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one, if you have one, to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector. We’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them. You may want to check out our Terms of Use for more information about this.
