    Hi Sialdrill,

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, to request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. Our relevant team will reach out via email once they’ve reviewed your request. After investigating, you’ll receive an update from our team. If your refund is approved, your account will be downgraded to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    But if you just simply want to avoid renewing your current plan, you can Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.

    Realizei o procedimento.

    Venho, por meio desta, formalizar minha solicitação de cancelamento e reembolso referente ao pedido nº INV-46652094601-1731411951, realizado em12/11/2024.

    Conforme estabelece o artigo 49 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, tenho o direito de desistir da compra no prazo de até 7 (sete) dias corridos, contados a partir da data de recebimento do produto ou da contratação do serviço. Por este motivo, solicito o estorno integral do valor pago, a ser efetuado pelo mesmo meio de pagamento utilizado na compra.

    Aguardo retorno com a confirmação do cancelamento e a previsão do reembolso, conforme a legislação vigente.
