Inscrição formulário

    Boa Tarde,

    Ao fazer inscrições no formulário intitulado de "Volkswagen Almada" em dispositivos mais antigos não consigo fazer a inscrição, ao carregar no botão de "inscrever" não acontece nada.
    Mas o estranho é que só acontece em tablets mais antigos, conseguem ajuda a perceber o motivo e uma solução para resolver o problema?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, can you clear your web browser's caches, then try again using Google Chrome's incognito mode, and then try again? It will be helpful if you can update your tablet's iOS to it's latest updated version, then try again. You can restart your device and then switch to the different internet connection as well to see if the issue persists.

    If the issue persists, can you let us know your tablet's model and the iOS version so we can check? Are you filling out the form using the Jotform app or using the web browser? If you are using the Jotform app, then I suggest you update it and then try to fill out the form. I've cleared your form caches; your forms are refreshed.
