Não é possível enviar formulários salvos

Bom dia.

Temos diversos formulários que estamos conseguindo salvar como rascunho, mas na hora de enviar ocorre erro. As vezes na décima tentativa vai. São formularios com muitas fotos porem precisamos disso. Como pode ser resolvido?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your issue, can you send us the link to your form for us to investigate it further? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
