Como traduzir campos do Widget Estado e Cidade?

Estou tentando usar o widget Estado e Cidade do Brasil, mas não consigo alterar os campos, e o botão automático que aparece, para português. O formulário já está em português e nas traduções das configurações só há a disponibilidade de alteração do rótulo e não dos campos de pergunta e botão.
